Traditional Caribbean style villa, with a separate guest cottage, set in 3/4 of an acre of private landscape gardens. The villa overlooks numerous coconut trees on the Mount Irvine golf course. The sandy beaches of Grange and Mount Irvine are an easy 7 minute stroll.

To be able to accommodate travellers of all kinds, special facilities have been installed that are wheelchair friendly and adaptable for physically challenged persons. There is a fully equipped shower room with handrails, walk in or roll in shower, WC and special basin. There is a waterproof wheelchair provided.

The villa, which is all on one level, has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the cottage. It is very family friendly for all ages and has special facilities for the physically challenged and those with limited mobility. Facilities available include: cable television, music system, fax, answer machine and air conditioned bedrooms. Housekeeping service is provided 6 days per week. Additional services such as cooking and babysitting can be arranged at minimal extra cost. The property has an electric gate and is completely fenced , making it very private and secure.

The three air conditioned bedrooms are all fitted with ceiling fans too . All bedrooms feature French doors that open onto a balcony that extends the length of the house, overlooking the golf course. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. There are twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms, which share the second and third bathrooms.

The lounge opens onto a large covered verandah that overlooks the golf course and is adjacent to the secluded pool area. Comfortable lounge chairs offer relaxation for lazing in the tropical sun. The layout of the pool and gardens affords a great deal of privacy for guests. This child friendly property has gate s that can be latched , to restrict access to the pool which will put any parents mind at ease.

The Cottage

Cozy yet convenient, the cottage has an air conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The lounge area is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar. There is cable television available in the cottage. A small covered verandah leads from the cottage and overlooks the golf course.
