Privacy, luxury and style are the defining forces of this stunning new villa, designed by one of the Caribbean's foremost architects. "Ohana" is in traditional West Indian style with a hint of the Far East . The property sits high up on the end of a small sandy cove, with open and dramatic views across the harbour toward the neighbouring island of Trinidad.

The palm tree and bougainvillea lined driveway guides you to the entrance portico which opens into the Tranquility Courtyard with bamboo and boulders around which the house was built. The 14 foot high main doors are positioned to encourage good Feng Shui.

The enormous living and dining area looks across a 60' x 30' pond to the bedroom wing and across the jacuzzi and two disappearing-edge swimming pools to the shimmering blue sea. There is a semi-private beach below the house, accessible only by three villas.

Each of the four luxury bedrooms have unique ensuite bathrooms and come with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The four-poster beds are elegantly draped with mosquito nets in the original colonial style. Three of the bedrooms open onto the pond and look out to sea. The fourth opens onto a bamboo-canopied courtyard and also has a wonderful sea view.

The Master bedroom has a king-size teak four-poster bed from which you can look out through open shutters to the turquoise sea. A writing desk with dedicated internet connection in the master suite is also placed to enjoy exceptional views over the deep infinity pool to the gazebo and the blue beyond. The ensuite bathroom has an open shower and bathtub with shutters that open to the view.

Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-size four-poster beds draped with mosquito nets and open onto their own verandahs each as unique as the every other aspect of this stunning villa. Each verandah has a slightly different outlook across the pond and swimming pools to the amazing sea view beyond. Bedroom 4 also offers a queen-size four-poster bed and has shuttered doors with jalousies opening into the Tranquility Courtyard.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with quality stainless-steel appliances and the tiled counters are trimmed with purpleheart wood. There is a large pantry and utility room off the kitchen and a powder room accessible form the living area. An open-air barbeque area is just off the kitchen and overlooks the bay below the villa.

The villa is staffed with two housekeepers who are excellent and enthusiastic cooks as well as pool, garden and security personnel.
