Welcome to "Toad Hall" This Spacious Villa is situated just off the main village road. There is a large communal living area approximately 25' by 15' (8m x 4.5m)

Kitchen

• Plates and cutlery for up to six people
• Telephone is provided for incoming calls only.

Second Bedroom

This view shows the second bedroom accessed by a stair toward the rear of the property. This bedroom is on a mezanine floor above the main living area. This provides an excellent facility for extra guests.

Much of the time is spent outdoors and there is a verandah to the front, for early morning sun, and one to the rear for afternoon and evening. The rear verandah also doubles as a dining area and there is a barbecue for the more adventurous.

Sleeping accommodation comprises one large master bedroom, one mezzanine bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room. There is also a extremely comfortable hammock on the verandah. Toad Hall will easily accommodate 2-3 couples, or a family of up to six people. There is a large bathroom with all the necessary features and extensive front and rear verandahs.

The rear verandah measures 8' X 25' and runs the entire width of the house. It gives a spectacular views of the surrounding valley and includes a large dinning area. Just off the verandah you will find exclusive outside cooking facilities including built in barbeque and our very own traditional clay oven. The general surroundings comprise of lush vegetation including; banana, paw-paw, mango, ginger and lemon trees. This area is quiet and very secluded.

Toad Hall has its own laundry facilities, with staff to take care of all your requirements including transport to and from the airport, laundry, clay oven cook-outs and island tours. The beach is a quick five minute walk away where you will find restaurant/bar facilities and the village center is likewise a short stroll "down de road".
