'The Lime' is a well appointed two bedroom luxury apartment situated within the small complex of Sameeha Gardens, in the Lowlands area. The complex contains twelve apartments, two villas and a communal swimming pool.

There is 24-hour security, ample parking and the complex is 10 minutes drive from Crown Point airport with the nearest beach only 5 minutes drive away. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away with the newly opened shopping mall just 2 minutes away by car.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, fully furnished and contains all modern conveniences including cable tv, ceiling fans, a personal safe and a washer/dryer. There is a manager on-site during the day and a full maid service.
