This converted 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa boasts breathtaking views of the Bucco reef and the white sand of Pigeon Point beyond. Completed at the end of 2004, this villa has been designed to combine seamless indoor and outdoor living with local wood and fabrics utilized throughout. This villa was fully renovated in 2004. Finished to a very high specification with granite work surfaces, local wood and tiled floors throughout, the villa fully incorporates the local charm of the island while providing all the furnishings of a modern self catering villa.
The villa was redesigned to incorporate the spectacular views from the first floor level. Consequently, the main living area on this floor provides for both dining (fridge/freezer, dining table that seats 8) and relaxation purposes (sofas), meaning whether you are dining or relaxing with a typical Caribbean cocktail the fantastic view can be fully incorporated. Dining is also provided for downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite work surfaces, and all expected appliances including a dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. A maid is provided six times a week to maintain the villa and undertake any washing that you wish her to do (at an additional charge), while a chef can also be employed for extra charge on request. The main living area on the ground floor possesses a phone/fax, wireless internet access (WAN), American cable TV and a home entertainment system (DVD and surround sound system). The wooden doors on this level all fully retract to incorporate the local climate of the region. There is one en suite twin bedroom situated on the ground floor. The first floor provides three bedrooms all en suite (one twin, two king doubles) that each opens up on to the balcony and the stunning views of the reef and sands of pigeon point. The louvers allow for the local breeze to filter seamlessly through these rooms meaning that if preferred, air conditioning is not required to obtain a comfortable night's sleep.
The outside area contains a large pool terrace made up of greenheart wooden decking and centres on the infinity salt water pool. The garden round the back of the villa provides shade and sanctuary from the sun and at various times of the year produces its very own bananas and avocados.

Manager available 24 hrs/7 days a week. Housekeeping from 9:00-13:00 6 days a week. Chef can be provided on request. Pre-stocked groceries on request five days in advance of arrival.
