Sleeping up to twelve people, within six bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities, this is a truly luxurious villa in a tranquil setting. Set in an acre of landscaped gardens this newly constructed 6,000 sq/ft villa is the perfect tropical hideaway. Overlooks the 7th hole of the world renowned Mount Irvine golf course this colonial style villa bends local ambience with everything you could expect from modern day living. Panoramic views incorporate both the golf course and the sea beyond. .

The bedrooms are split evenly between the ground and 1st floor. All bedrooms on the first floor (2 King Size Bedrs, 1 Twin bedroom) lead on to the upstairs balcony and provide panoramic views of the golf course and Caribbean sea. The other three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor (1 twin and 1 king). The TV room is also on the ground floor and acts as a sixth bedroom with two sofa beds. This room also has full ensuite facilities. The music facilities within this room also provide sound to the outside balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite work surfaces, and all expected appliances including a dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. A maid is provided six times a week to maintain the villa and undertake any washing that you wish her to do (at an additional charge), while a chef can also be employed for extra charge on request. A security guard is also provided from 18:00 to 06:00 seven days a week for your own piece of mind. Ghanan green heart wood is fitted to the stairs and throughout the top floor.

The ground floor terrace leads to the pool and garden area. There is a large pool terrace that centres on the pool. There is also a pool house that provides full kitchen, dining and bathroom facilities.
