Large four bedroom villa nestling on one acre of flat land covered in a variety of tropical trees. The accommodation offers four double bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite) and spacious L-shaped living, dining and kitchen. Additional sleeping accommodation is provided.
The whole house is air-conditioned and very comfortably furnished and equiped for large groups. Off the living room is a cool terrace with a small splash pool. The property is located close to the Bon Accord lagoon in a quiet wooded residential / tourism area. Maid service provided six days per week. The Crown Point International Airport is a five minute drive away as are a variety of shops, restaurants and other tourist amenities. The popular Store Bay and Pigeon Point Beaches are within the same driving time. The brand new Tobago Plantations Championship Golf Course is approximately ten minutes drive from the villa.
