Welcome to Sea Rose Villa, we are located at #62 Cordner Drive, Bon Accord Estate, Bon Accord Tobago.

This newly refurbished well appointed four bedroom villa is located on the south western tip of the island. All rooms are finished and furnished to the highest standard. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, fans, and cable Television. Covered patio, balcony and private pool set in a tropical garden.

Bedrooms

The villa boasts four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own unique Caribbean charm. The sleeping capacity is up to ten persons. All bedrooms are fitted with a chest-of-drawers, a cable TV, and a ceiling fan. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, and the three other 1st floor bedrooms open onto a covered balcony with a spectacular view of the landscaped garden, and pool area. The ground floor bedroom has two full size beds. The 1st floor master bedroom has one king size bed, a walk-in closet, and an in-wall safe. The 1st floor centre bedroom has one queen bed. The 1st floor end bedroom has two twin beds.

Bathroom

The villa has four bathrooms, three of which are on the 1st floor, and one on the ground floor. Each bathroom has it own shower, toilet, and sink, and a hair dryer.

Living/Dining Room/Games Room

Our spacious open plan Living/Dining/Games area is fully air-conditioned. The dining room is furnished with a dining room table and six chairs, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The games room is furnished with a 7.5 ft Pool table, a Poker/Bumber Pool table, a Cable TV, a DVD player, a 5-CD bookshelf stereo, and a Sony Playstation 2 console. The Living room is furnished with a comfortable 3-piece wooded living room set, a coffee and side table.

Kitchen

A fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen provides you with all the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment needed for cooking up a sumptuous meal. The villa is also equipped with an extensive Water Filtration System that filters all water going to the villa. Additional filers are installed in the kitchen to provide further purification of the water in the kitchen sink faucet. There are two 600 gallon water tanks for supplying water to the house in the unlikely event that there is a disruption in the water mains service.
