Samaan Grove is the newest Gated community in Tobago. There are 3 new properties available for rental, the Crusoe, Columbus, and the Corsair. Each house has 3 bedrooms with its own private pool and all come with access to the famous No Man's Land beach.

The villas at Samaan Grove each have a unique design and size to fit every taste. Each house is located on its own lot with an automatic gate. The grounds of each house are beautifully manicured, and have automatic sprinkler systems in order to maintain its lush gardens. All houses come with full entertainment center's which include a flat screen tv, dvd/cd player and stereo system.

The smallest of the 3 villas is the Crusoe. The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room with entertainment center, dining area, kitchen with 4 burner stove, fridge, dish washer, and washer and dryer. The living room opens up onto the pool deck area, which has a large Gazebo offering great shade on one side of the pool.

The next house is called the Columbus, with three bedrooms, one being a master bedroom that has doors that swing open to a view of the pool. This house has a large living room that opens up onto the pool area and freely flows into the living, and dining rooms. There is a full kitchen, and laundry room. The pool area has a large stainless steel barbeque, situated right next to a herb garden so that you can get the freshest herbs for your freshly grilled meal. The pool has a large umbrella with chairs, and loungers and an outdoor bathroom is close if needed.

The final house is called the Corsair. This house is the largest of the three villas and is a 2 storey colonial style house. The first floor has the 3 air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which all come out onto a large porch overlooking the pool area. The ground floor has the living room, and entertainment center, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. The living room area open's up onto a large porch with rattan style furniture. From the porch you walk onto the tilled pool deck, pool and gardens.

All houses have 6 day a week housekeeping services, come with all kitchen utensils, linens, meet and greet services, 24 hour security, and access to the No Man's Land Beach for the occupants of the house.
