Cool Breeze is a private luxury villa with a pool which was built in 2004 and is situated in Bacolet Gardens overlooking Minister Bay.  A wide veranda provides a panoramic view of the ocean.

There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms.  The bedrooms and living room also have ceiling fans. 

The property is securely fenced with an automatic gated entrance.  There are a variety of fruit trees for you to enjoy, such as, mangoes, pommerac, pommecythere, lychee and soursop.

The house was built for handicap accessibility, therefore, there is easy access to the master bedroom and bathroom, all areas of the main living area and even the pool with a ramp directly into the pool.

It is just a few minutes stroll to the famous "Bacolet Beach" where Swiss Family Robinson was filmed.  This beach is next to the Blue Haven, a five-star hotel.  The hotel operates a beach bar where food and drinks are available.

Cool Breeze is located within a five minute drive from Scarborough and twenty minutes from the airport.

The prevailing tradewinds from the Atlantic Ocean makes Cool Breeze an enjoyable and relaxing vacation spot.  It is definitely the coolest side of the island.
