The two-acre estate is set in beautifully landscaped grounds fringed by giant Samaan trees and decorated with brilliantly coloured shrubs such as bougainvillea, tropical palms and other exotic species. The estate is a veritable retreat and the absence of traffic means that the only sound to be heard is birdsong or the waves on the beach.

Full time maintenance and gardening staff ensure the facilities are kept in excellent condition at all times. The estate is securely fenced with remote control gate entry and 24 hour security to ensure guests enjoy privacy. The villa has its own housekeeper who, in addition to cleaning the villa 6 days a week, will be pleased on request to prepare delicious local dishes or to baby-sit.

The Villas are attractively situated around a large swimming pool. In addition each Villa has its own private Jacuzzi/plunge pool.

The villa has three en-suite double bedrooms sleeping up to 8, with fans and air conditioning. The master bedroom, on the ground floor, has direct access to the large heated, Jacuzzi/plunge pool, whilst the other two bedrooms on the first floor have a private balcony as well as access to the upper veranda, with breathtaking views of the beautiful surroundings, ideal for sunbathing or just relaxing. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has two queen size beds. . Inside, the cool airy rooms are tastefully furnished. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. The villa can accommodate 6-8 people.

Outside, the spacious shady veranda offers relaxing loungers, dining table and hammock. With only 4 other villas, not all of which are rented out, the pool is never crowded and is large enough for an enjoyable swim.
