Villa Ventus is a modern 5-bedroom villa with a large swimming pool and gazebo. It overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is situated in Bacolet Gardens, the upscale residential suburb of capital Scarborough. Bacolet Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Prior to renovation in late 2021, this villa was marketed as 'Maframadan'.

Villa Ventus (formerly known as Maframadan) comes with a large swimming pool and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
On entering the property, there is a wrap-around porch along 3 sides of the house, in which one can spend many a happy hour sitting in the hammocks soaking up the refreshing sea breeze, while absorbing the beautiful views of the Atlantic. A small gate from the front of the porch leads directly to the 18x30 foot swimming pool, adjacent deck and shady coconut tree.
Level 1: Leading directly from the porch, the open plan living room and dining room area with cathedral ceilings produces an airy feel with superb ventilation and natural lighting. The living room is fitted with a leather L-shaped suite as well as a single rocker/recliner and two armchairs. The dining table seats eight, and there is additional seating space provided by the nearby breakfast bar. The adjacent self-contained kitchen is equipped with electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, water filter tap, refrigerator and has crockery, utensils, and pots for easy self-catering.
Level 2: The downstairs air-conditioned fifth bedroom/TV room has a large sofa with a fold-out double bed, and a TV with Digicel box. Opposite this room is the first of the two bathrooms, with hot shower, bidet, hand basin and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in the adjacent garage.Level 3: Up the stairs are the other 4 bedrooms, 2 on either side of the landing. Each pair consists of a room to the front of the house having a double bed and a balcony allowing superb views of the Atlantic Ocean, while the room to the back of the house is fitted with 2 single beds. Each of these bedrooms is a separate unit, and for those with children there is a communicating door for easy access and security. All rooms have built in cupboards, and chest of drawers; the back two are also fitted with ceiling fans. The second bathroom is on this level.
Outdoors: An added bonus to the property is a shady retreat along the stairs from the driveway leading up the hill. At the top there is a large Gazebo with awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean, allowing almost 270 degree panoramic views, with no foliage/buildings to hamper the horizon. The Gazebo is fully equipped with lights and running water.
Housekeeping: The property is maintained weekly by the housekeeper who will clean and provide a change of linen and towels. Depending on her availability, one can arrange for additional services directly with her (cooking, washing, and babysitting).

My family and I had a truly wonderful time here. Excellent location, responsive manager, extremely clean, peaceful, comfortable, breezy, crisp Caribbean decor and an enjoyable pool. The pictures do not do justice. The views were breathtaking. Would certainly be back and would highly recommend.

Marvelous!My aunt, best friend and I looked at so many places before we agreed on the one that fit us best. I will say-No regrets! The owner was a very pleasant and accommodating guy and guided me through the process with no fuss, he expressed the beauty of the property and highlighted an outstanding gazebo. Upon arrival the caretaker was very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. The house was beautiful and made our first vacation together absolutely worth it. The pool was the main attraction for the kids. I was blown away after getting up to the gazebo, the view was perfect. The sea, the trees just had such a peaceful tone that it immediately relaxed us. Even the balcony outside our room had a breathtaking view. We grilled on the pit etc and got sad when it was time to leave. We called the owner and asked if we could've stayed just a bit longer. He adjusted and gave us an extension, thank God! We plan to revisit anytime we get back to Tobago! This was certainly an amazing experience for us. Several thumbs up!!!!
