New Timbers is a modern 3 bed roomed villa situated in the popular Bon Accord area, only a short drive from the airport with the popular beaches of Store Bay and Pigeon Point, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), a twin bedroom and a further bathroom. The bedrooms are all fully air conditioned, tastefully decorated and furnished, with pitched roof ceilings and a small safe available for the use of our guests. There is a generous, fully airconditioned, living area with attractive pitched roof ceilings, ceiling fans, cable TV, radio/ cd player, telephone and French doors leading out to the covered veranda and pool area. The pool is 18ft x 30ft with depths of 2ft 5ft 6in.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric hob and oven, toaster oven, toaster, electric kettle, electric blender, microwave oven, dishwasher and a large fridge/ freezer. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. A large gas bbq is situated on the veranda for outside cooking where there is an additional table and chairs for alfresco dining.

There is off street parking for 2 cars with plenty of additional parking available on the street outside. Other facilities available:

Lovely villa ! The new owners have made some wonderful upgrades . The entire villa has AC and televisions in every room . The wifi is also quite good and the large pool is stunning with chairs that can be used on the side or the pool . There is also a security system for those who wish to utilize it . The housekeeper is lovely and takes good care of us . Walking distance to beaches and many amenties , just a few minutes from the airport as well .

Hi I stayed at Timbers over the Easter weekend in 2012 it was wonderfullllll. I hope to visit sometime soon i often close my eyes and picture me back there again .The place was really clean and the place is very well taken care of and it feels very very comfortable .Please continue to take care of that place for i hold alot of dear memories there .
