A Wonderful Holiday In Excellent Accommodation

David & Sarah Gardiner from U.K. visited in November 2007 and awarded  Five out of Five

Our two weeks at Ocean Air were very comfortable, relaxing and just what the doctor ordered. The apartment was well appointed, beautifully furnished and has a wonderful view over the golf course towards the ocean. Security on the site where Ocean Air is situated is excellent without being intrusive. The Hilton Hotel is nearby where meals and drinks are available for non-residents (would recommend the crab curry for lunch). We found Tobago a very friendly and safe place to have a fabulous holiday. Although it was the rainy season the weather was sunny most days with only occasional showers. Try the Fish Pot, near Stonehaven Beach, for lunch. Thank you Sally.

Superb Holiday Highly Recommended

Stewart Coia from U.K. visited in August 2007 and awarded  Five out of Five

We have just returned from a very enjoyable two week holiday on Tobago staying at Ocean Air. The apartment was superbly appointed and very clean with a friendly and very helpful maid service. The view over the pool to the beach was perfect and great for relaxing at the end of the day. The pool was excellent and almost always empty. Beyond the pool is the 16th tee and I highly recommend a round of golf on what must be one of the quietest championship courses I have found. Tobago was fantastic, lovely people, superb beaches, the diving and snorkelling are quite breathtaking. All in all a most relaxing holiday spent on a beautiful island in luxurious surroundings. Ocean Air is highly recommended, we will be back.

A Cool Breeze And A Stunning Location

Emma Ray from U.K. visited in March 2007 and awarded  Five out of Five

I stayed at Ocean Air throughout March 07 and found it to be a beautiful location and also very secure. It's located near to the Hilton, on the golf course, which I would use as my running track some nights too – it's long! The apartment is very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated with everything for your self-catering needs. It's just lovely.

The cool breeze which whisks over the atlantic, across the golf course and through the apartment during the day is very refreshing after a hard day at the beach! My discovery on talking to other visitors on the island, were that the Caribbean side did not have any breeze, something I truly benefited from on, being the Atlantic side! An evening G&T on the balcony was bliss.

Sally, who owns the apartment was there during my stay and was always very helpful, passing on her local knowledge whenever she could. Thanks for all your help Sally! Due to Sally, I discovered windsurfing in at Pigeon Point, the perfect place to learn. She is a keen windsurfer and knows all the staff at the centre and can help you out in this direction no problem.

I will be returning this season for another relaxing and fun stay at Ocean Air!

Comfortable, Secure Accommodation

Angela George from U.K. visited in November 2006 and awarded  Four out of Five

Ocean Air is a very comfortable, well equipped and managed apartment. The Tobago Plantation site is beautifully maintained and the whole site feels very secure without this being oppressive or intrusive. There are a couple of manned security barriers with pleasant staff, who quickly come to recognise you, between the road and the apartment so the whole site feels very safe.

The views from the apartment across the golf course towards the sea are peaceful and lovely and we took every opportunity to use the full width balcony to have our breakfast and evening drinks. Despite our stay being at the end of the 'rainy' season, there were only a couple of occasions that we couldn't sit out on the balcony.

As the island is small driving around is quite easy – providing you keep a watchful eye out for the numerous potholes. The roads into the interior are breath-taking, both winding and steep, but the views are stunning. Parking at Scarborough is a challenge though but the markets there should not be missed.

A visit to Pigeon Point for the beach and swimming is a must. The charge of £1.80 pp for the day, including the car is an absolute bargain. The freshly prepared 'fish wrap' from the beach bar should not be missed!

Luxury Accommodation In Excellent Location

Jeremy Horsham from U.K. visited in February 2006 and awarded  Five out of Five

We were so impressed with our 1st stay at Ocean Air two years ago we came back again with friends.

The extremely well equipped villa impressed us once again – very comfortable, all mod cons, air conditioning etc. and use of a swimming pool surrounded by well maintained grounds.

We'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for superior self catering accommodation in Tobago.
