This was not the first time that i stayed at Ocean Dreams, and everytime I go, I always feel like staying longer. I am so thankful for being able to use mytobago information service and for the opportunity that they gave to me to find and stay at such a wonderful place like Ocean Dreams! The view is extremely beautiful from the patio, and the apartment is even greater. Mr. and Mrs. Ottley are splendid people and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. There truly is no other place that I have ever considered staying at because when i go to Tobago I look forward to staying at Ocean Dreams. Ocean Dreams is truly a dream come true for anyone that is looking for relaxation with the scenery as a bonus!
Excellent Value And Well-equipped

The apartment is very spacious even if it is essentially a studio with a separate bathroom.
It is well equipped and in excellent condition throughout.
The owners live upstairs. They have very likeable small dogs who may on occasions want to share the garden with you.
The photos attached to the main entry are accurate. the views from the patio are wonderful. The walk to Bacolet beach takes about five minutes. The beach itself is a beautiful place to be, although much of the sand is often taken over by the beach chairs hired by the adjacent bar. You may or may not find this is a welcome amenity.
It would probably be helpful to have a cell phone to call taxis or your own rental car. You can hitch lifts into Scarborough, but there is no regular public transport. We walked to town (40 minutes) and took taxis back, but we happen to like walking.
Very good value for an apartment set in spacious gardens with good views. Handy enough for an excellent beachand for everything else if you rent a car.
