If this was our first overseas rental, it would have put us off renting vacation properties for life. We have rented properties all over the US and Europe, and we can state catagorically that this was the worst ever. There were no towels provided, no Iron or Ironing board, the whole place was disgustingly filthy, from the inches of dirt under the beds and in the corners of the rooms, to the stained furniture we had to sit on. Being owned by an American, we expected a far higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. We were so disgusted with the place, we we forced to cut our stay short by 3 days. It would have been more, but we could not arrange flights any quicker.

I was in Tobago this past march and was extremely satisfied with this home, 11 DEGREES NORTH. The outside surrounding was just breath- taking and the home itself was kept up very well to my standards. I have recommended this place to many of my friends who are planning trips to Tobago and I also am bringing friends back with me in February next year. The owner, Linda was very helpful on our phone conversations and went out of her way to assist us with anything we needed, such as vehicle rental, good resturants and places to see/visit. A trip well appreciated and remembered. I can't wait to go back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
