Katsamada Villa is a redecorated 3-bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom, two story villa in a secure community of 5 villas in Lambeau, Tobago. Centrally located, the villa is less than 10 minutes the ANR Robinson International Airport, with flights on Virgin, Caribbean Airlines and British Airways. 5 minutes to Scarborough and the most popular beaches (10 minutes to Pigeon Point Beach and Store Bay and 5 minutes to Mt. Irvine Beach).
The French doors in the great room lead to a patio which looks out onto manicured landscaped garden and private pool. Every modern convenience is provided. Guests will enjoy the peaceful relaxed luxury of a quiet secure environment and simply pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

Stayed at Katsamada for five days and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Place is lovely. Spacious and nicely decorated and the yard is beautifully manicured and peaceful. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with built in closets. The place has every convenience necessary for a wonderful stay. Bar B que grill, washing machine and dryer. There is even two refrigerators one in the kitchen and one in the outdoor area. there are four televisions with cable and Netflix and of course internet service. The only shortcoming was the pool which is a bit small but other than that. I can't complain. It more than met my expectations and I definitely would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve stayed at this Villa and the owner Kathyanne is very , very pleasant . Her villa is so comfortable that my kids slept soundly. The pool is nice and always clean, there’s two bar- b- que pits with comfortable surroundings.There is a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and anything needed she never hesitates. The best place anyone can get away with their family and have a wonderful time.
