The Kariwak restaurant is supplied with abundant fresh herbs from the organic kitchen garden, those same herbs are lovingly transformed into delicious Caribbean meals which are served with a friendly smile in the open air restaurant.
The Holistic Center at Kariwak brings together the finest alternative health professionals on the island. offering a variety of body treatments that merge the ancient practices of touch and movement with the latest technologies of light and water to balance and rejuvenate the body's natural energy system.

Kariwak has 24 thoughtfully appointed rooms each with its own private bathroom and patio. 18 cabana style rooms are nestled around the pool and the remaining 6 are tucked away in the back gardens, All the rooms are airconditioned, equipped with a safe, a radio alarm clock. hair dryer, iron and ironing boards. However, should you choose to bring your own please note that the voltage in Tobago is 110/220 V with American style 3 prong outlets. Cribs are provided for babies.

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent and there is live entertainment on weekend nights. The meals are a bit pricy in comparison to other places, but you are paying for the ambiance in the restaurant. If not renting a car, the location is ideal and walking distance from several beaches. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would return.

My boyfriend and I went to Kariwak for a little weekend getaway from the busy life of Trinidad. Kariwak is one of the best resorts/hotels I have been to. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Always smiling and being cheerful. We were able to rent a car with ease as everything was arranged by the hotel. The breakfast was great and lounge area is open and peaceful. You are greeted by baby kiskadee in the morning for breakfast. If you are into nature resorts then Kariwak is the place to be. The rooms are clean with a wonderful king size bed. You can get ice right down the hall for any drinks you may have. There was no TV in room and I didn't mind. So peaceful and serene. Plus, there is yoga in the morning. What a great way to start the day! I loved it and so did my boyfriend. We plan on going back very soon. Keep up the wonderful service.
