What a lovely accommodation, from the standards we experianced in tobago this is one of the best, every thing had a new feel to it and very clean and tidy also a first for us air conditioning.cheston aka chino was so helpful from airport pickups, daytrips and his lovely breakfasts in the coffee shop. ideal for the big beach, bars, supermarkets, fruit shops and wonderful local people.

Castara Bliss is in good location close to beach, restaurants and waterfall.
Nice clean apartment with great views but up lots of steps.
Nights disturbed by barking dogs and cockerels.
Family plot still being developed so some building noise.

We stayed there only a short while but were completely satisfied with the apartment. The view is breathtaking and Joshua, the owner, is very nice and helps out with issues around the apartment if needed. I can only recommend it.

Castara Bliss apartments and the town of Castara were exactly as we had expected from websites and visitor reports.
Joshua Williams and his family were very welcoming hosts, with a relaxed and very considerate approach. Joshua certainly lived up to his own vision of wanting to ensure that anything his guests needed was taken care of.
The apartments have everything that we needed and are very clean and tidy. The view from the apartment balcony is beautiful and entertaining (nightly football training!)and is ideally situated for the beach and town. The Coffee Shop is also strategically situated for a cold beer before tackling the steps back up to the apartment or for a really good cooked breakfast! DJ's Mini market was very friendly and had many of the basic supplies that we needed for self catering and Cascreole Restaurant on the beach is also highly recommended.
The atmosphere in the town and on the beach is very relaxing, absolutely no trouble and we felt very safe, we met lots of lovely people.
We rarely go back on holiday to the same place twice but would love to revisit Joshua and Castara Bliss in the future.

Stayed at Castara Bliss for two weeks in February and had a wonderful time. Found the apartment as advertised-with all the necessities. The only extra that would have been nice would have been a BBQ/grill.The owner, Joshua was great - very accommodating.
