English:

We stayed seven nights at Hibiscus Heights in 'Sweet Nest'. The accomodation was very nice and suited us well. It is a cottage detached from the main building. It was clean, well equipped and has a nice sun deck. The cottage has cozy furnishings and well planned lighting that creates a nice atmosphere also after dark.

The accommodation offer no extreme luxury but has a very good bed, good basic furniture and about all you need to have a good stay. The standard is very good compared to other accommodations of comparable price level.

Housekeeping with very good cleaning and new towels daily.

The location is good with a minute walk to the local village Pleasant Prospect with some restaurants and a super market etc.

Walking distance to Stoneheaven bay (Grafton beach) and Mt. Irvine beach.

The owners Mike and Glory showed great interest to help and offered a high service level from the very first contact.

Mike was at site all week and offered us great hospitality, excellent service and a did his outmost to give us a comfortable and relaxing stay at Hibiscus Heights.

We would definitely chose to stay at Hibiscus Heights when we return to visit Tobago again.

Tim Boon from U.K. visited in February 2013 and awarded  Five out of Five

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Warm Breezes in February 2013 and we absolutely loved it. This was our 6th visit to Tobago and was possibly our most successful trip.

We were met at the airport by Nekeisha who took us to the apartment. As we drove along, she pointed out shops and restaurants that were worth visiting. When we arrived at the house she showed us round the apartment and facilities and gave us useful information about the island. In a nice touch, we were supplied with a local mobile phone with a small credit. This was reassuring to have when we travelled around the island and also to contact the owner to resolve a couple of queries that we had.

Although there were 3 bedrooms, we only used the master which was equipped with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom was huge and had both ac and two fans. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge area was both comfortable and spacious. The wi fi worked reliably and the television gave coverage of the BBC World service as well as many other channels.

We spent a lot of time sitting outside on a comfortable sofa, admiring the spectacular view of the sea and surrounding countryside. Every day a great variety of fascinating birds visited the terrace. The terrace itself was huge, wrapping 270 degrees around the house and ensured sunshine throughout the day. It was wonderful to be able to use the pool on days that we didn't feel like going to the beach.

The apartment is well situated, being close to several pleasant beaches. There was a shop close by, a pizza outlet, and also a high quality but expensive small restaurant called The Fish Pot only 50 yards away. There was also a fruit and vegetable shack about 100 yards from the apartment. There was some noise on a few nights from the bar down the road, but it was never enough to bother us much.

The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and flexible with our arrangements. For instance it was great to arrive and find that minimum supplies were already provided, including a box of beers! The local people were also friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed being taken to the airport at a time of our choice on our last day. We had a wonderful holiday definitely be returning next year.

We absolutely loved the island, the people, the beaches, the rain forests, and of course the Caribbean Sea, and the climate. We thought the island to be relatively inexpensive, and one month was about right to enable us to do and see all that we wished.

We found Gillian and Dixie..(owner and staff) to be attentive and helpful during our stay, and we had no issues with our apartment.....in fact, the view was great, and the location was perfect...close to bus service, Grafton beach, and Mt. Irvine beach.

The issues that detracted from our visit was the unbelievable noise that came nightly from a local bar...Moon Over Water....and the election sound trucks that found us everywhere on the island. It would seem that there are no noise by-laws in effect on the island, and there definitely should be!

Overall, we rated our time on Tobago as a 7 out of 10, and would return again in the future.....though not during an election, and likely in a more secluded and quieter location, although that would mean a car rental!

A large group of friends spent the weekend at this wonderful villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were all we could have asked for. We had such a great time we hardly left the villa at all except to go to the beach which was about a 5 minute walk. The landlady was extremely nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!!
