Mango Inn.
It was a very nice quiet place, room an beautifull view to Speyside.
The hosters help us with all things we wanted. They are so nice and openminded.
An idea: That we have seen at other places, is a list of speciel things and informations , where to find food, banks, postoffices, accommodations of good turistguides etc.

Situated on a hill with great view over Speyside ! Nice room with only a fan (no airco !) so a little bit to warm at night (no breeze from the sea). Friendly host and hostess (German).
Very good reastaurant in town: Jemma's !

The Mango Inn was really nice. The owners were great. They cleaned the apartment everyday and left the place spotless! The apartment was a good size and was very quiet and homey. It was nice to be able to cook there since there weren't a lot of good restaurants nearby. We were glad that we picked up groceries near the airport before we took the hour and a half drive to Mango Inn. The rooms were big and airy and didn't need AC. A good value for the price.

We stayed 8 nights at Mango Inn. It was just as described on their website.
Gabi and Rheinhardt Hoffman we wonderful hosts... caring but not hovering.
We found everything clean, tidy, but we had everything we needed for cooking for ourselves.
The setting and views are spectacular. We simply cannot recommend MANGO INN too highly for those desiring this type of accommodation.

We had a great time during our stay at the Mango Inn. We had spent the previous week staying on the beach in Castara, but moved up to Speyside to be closer to the good scuba diving. We were nervous about leaving for a place up in the hills, but we were pleasantly surprised. There is a great view overlooking the entire town of Speyside and the bay, and the trees surrounding the apartments allow for great birdwatching. Being up on the hillside also made the nights a bit cooler, and there were far fewer mosquitoes than down at sea level. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and even brought by some fresh bananas they picked in the morning.
A few things to keep in mind - there are windows you can keep shut, but due to the lack of air conditioning, you will probably want to keep them open. This allows the insects and geckos to come in the room. We didn't find this a problem at all. There weren't too many insects, and the geckos were very cute. In addition, the add an extra level of pest control! Also, there was no hot water in either the shower or the kitchen sink. This didn't bother us too much since we were there in the rainy season and usually were coming home from an excursion into the heat and humidity. The cold shower was surprisingly refreshing.
