We have just returned from our first visit to Ocean Air and we hope it will not be our last. The apartment was first class, extremely comfortable, beautifully furnished and very well equipped for self catering. The view from the balcony, which we enjoyed from 6am until dusk, was glorious; pool, golf course, palm trees and sea. Ocean Air is perfectly placed for golfers but is no distance from beautiful beaches and plenty of water sports. We shared the apartment with friends, but as the accommodation was spacious and well laid out, with a generous balcony, we didn't feel cramped. During the little time we spent in the apartment, we also had the option of watching cable television or listening to music (bring your own CDs). Our "landlady" Sally was unstinting in her help and advice for our two memorable weeks exploring Tobago.

Beautiful location, friendly hosts and every amenity you could want. As an added bonus the trade winds mean there were none of the mosquitos that plague so many other villas. Definately a home away from home - secure, well situated and convenient. I would definately rent it again.

We have now visited Ocean Air in February/March five times and are looking forward to next year. We have always been quickly scooped up at the airport by Sally or Michael and in no time are back "home". We come firstly to windsurf but returning to the apartment for a beer or G&T in the cool Atlantic breeze on the balcony is a joy. There seldom are any mosquitoes on this side of the island. The apartment is luxurious for four people but would be comfortable for larger families as there are 3 bath or shower facilities. The beach is a short walk and the pool and golf are on site. We have tended to self cater more each year, the shopping is much more of an adventure than Tesco Fresh fish is easily available and this year we bought meat from a beautiful farm.
The windsurfing is at Pidgeon Point, about a 20 minute drive and is excellent as there is a large area protected by the reef. There is also wave sailing on the reef for the experts. The windsurfing centre is efficiently run with rescue cover. Boards need to be booked in advance, this can ve done through Sportif, and a good selection of sails are available each day. For non windsurfing spouses there are trips out to the reef where the amazing fish life can be seen either from the boat or by snorkelling. I warn you, the island is very addictive!

Our two weeks at Ocean Air were very comfortable, relaxing and just what the doctor ordered. The apartment was well appointed, beautifully furnished and has a wonderful view over the golf course towards the ocean. Security on the site where Ocean Air is situated is excellent without being intrusive. The Hilton Hotel is nearby where meals and drinks are available for non-residents (would recommend the crab curry for lunch). We found Tobago a very friendly and safe place to have a fabulous holiday. Although it was the rainy season the weather was sunny most days with only occasional showers. Try the Fish Pot, near Stonehaven Beach, for lunch. Thank you Sally.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable two week holiday on Tobago staying at Ocean Air. The apartment was superbly appointed and very clean with a friendly and very helpful maid service. The view over the pool to the beach was perfect and great for relaxing at the end of the day. The pool was excellent and almost always empty. Beyond the pool is the 16th tee and I highly recommend a round of golf on what must be one of the quietest championship courses I have found. Tobago was fantastic, lovely people, superb beaches, the diving and snorkelling are quite breathtaking. All in all a most relaxing holiday spent on a beautiful island in luxurious surroundings. Ocean Air is highly recommended, we will be back.
