Orchid villa apartments, well all i can say is that its just wonderful. My bf and I stayed in apartment 2, it is very spacious, clean and homely. It over looks the pool and its just a wonderful view. The Hostess, Elaine, she is just a gem, she helps in any way possible to make your stay a great one.
The surroundings is well landscaped, very serene. Lots of birds. The pool area, well its just beautiful. We spent most of our time there. Her 2 dogs, Milo & Ashanti, they are friendly to guests, and adds a piece of mind when it comes to saftey.
I would highly recommend, and i'm definately gonna stay here again!

Excellent place to stay. I work periodically in Tobago and have been to many different places and I must say this is one of the best. The hostess, Elaine is very hospitable and makes every effort to make you comfortable. Her dogs are on the property and add to the safety that you already feel on the island. Great Experience.

Three friends, my Bf and I decided we would go to Tobago and when I called to make reservations Elaine was very helpful and extremely friendly. She is such a doll, willing to help you in any way possible! As we landed,Elaine was there waiting for us. Upon arriving to the house, we were greeted by her two dogs Milo and Ashanti(really sweet pitbulls)! [EDITOR: the dogs are friendly Rottweilers, not pitbulls] Both apartments including the bedrooms and baths were clean; the beds were very nice and comfortable. The cable TV was very good and we took some time to play pool downstairs. On our last night we used the grill to make sum BBQ. Not to mention the swimming pool was absolutely clean and extremely relaxing! We really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in the apartments upstairs. We truly had a lot of fun! This place is for the young and the old. Entertainment with serenity; the best combination for a vacation with friends or your significant other!
I have been recommending Orchid Villa Apartments to all of my friends when they go across to Tobago and I will continue to do so.

I stayed at Orchid Villas' poolside cottage which was just as seen on their website, clean, tastefully decorated and with a fully equipped kitchen. The surroundings were lovely, with a number of different types of birds and butterflies dancing about the cottage and poolside area.
The real gem of this place is the owner. Very seldom will you find such a gracious, generous, entertaining and kind hostess. She was the icing on the proverbial cake for me boyfriend, friends and I during out time there.
I do not hesitate whatsoever in recommending Orchid Villas.

My husband and I spent our anniversary at Elaine's cottage June of this year. I couldn't have been more pleased. The cottage is just lovely, tastefully decorated, privately situated and totally self-contained. The pool is also right outside. The compound is gated and Ashanti and Milo (Elaine's Rotties)provide extra security.
Elaine's lovely garden attracts many varieties of birds allowing for great photo-ops.
Elaine is a wonderful hostess,she made us feel welcome even before we had arrived.We were touched by her generosity of spirit and we're glad to say we've gained a great friend.
We couldn't give this place anything but 5. We're sure to stay here whenever we visit again.
