From the privacy of your own stylish home you can watch golfers, Pelicans and the sunset over the lagoon (take a rod). All watersports available (Pigeon Point for hiring equipment) plus golf, hiking, birdwatching etc.
The accommodation comprises 2 floors and can be let as 2 separate units with independent access or together as a 4-bedroomed villa. Each floor has two double (1 twin which can be made into double King and Master bedroom with large double bed). Fully airconditioned, each bedroom is ensuite with bathrooms (with hairdryer), dressing room (with safe, iron and ironing board). Open-plan kitchen/living room with French doors open onto a covered patio for entertaining (and separate guest shower/toilet). Fully equipped kitchen include top grade American appliances such as large oven, microwave, blender, percolator and fridge with automatic ice maker. Separate Laundry room (Washer & Dryer). All rooms have ceiling fans plus air conditioning. Additional accommodation in the living room on double sofa beds is available for occasional use.
Weekly maid service is included, but more often can be arranged, along with babysitting and chef at additional cost. Cable/satellite television connections with DVD and CD player in each bedroom and living room. WI FI free.
The outdoor living includes large private plunge pool plus jacuzzi and deck area with family sized BarBQ on ground floor. Jacuzzi & BarBQ on the upper balcony. All completes the laid back luxury, surrounded by tropical landscaping within gated security. Hotel, Restaurants and bar on resort. The whole villa comfortably accommodates families or friends who wish to breakfast alone but dine together! Hire car recommended for exploring Tobago but bikes can be hired or walks simply enjoyed around the resort.

My friends and I spent the weekend of July 8th, 2017 [6th - 10th July for my birthday at this property – Pelican Point. It is a beautiful area, quiet and a great location for relaxation away from the normal busy areas. The rooms were clean and large, a good supply of clean linen, excellent working Air Condition Units. The kitchen fully equipped with all amenities and the baths were outstanding. The Plunge Pool was exciting and the Jacuzzi was a comfort zone. There were problems with Bmoble and the plumbing in one of the baths. The manager did call and inform us of the problem and why it was not dealt with before. This was quickly corrected.
The area is very secured. There are security post at the two (2) entrances to the Tobago Plantation Estate. Additionally, there is another security post to enter this location. It will be safe to assume that no one could enter the area undetected as all security points are monitored. That was one of the comforting features for choosing the location.
I must commend Ms. Spencer for her communications with me, as all matters were attended to before and after my stay. I will recommend to you Ms. Spencer that you consider installing a photocell for all external lights as the guest do not really check on these things.
I planned to return with my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren when they return to Trinidad from the USA on vacation but, will be making use of the entire villa.
I wish I could have inserted a photo with my birthday cake, but the format is not allowed. Pelican Point is a place for perfect relaxation with family and friends.

Long overdue, but still etched in my memory and have not forgotten my experience here. Let me just say, I am one who is very hard to please (my husband's song...lol) but my visit to this villa has been an amazing one, meeting and exceeding all my expectations!! Planning a trip with a tight budget was everyone's dilemma. I stumbled onto this place some time ago, and finally decided to contact the owner to see if she would accommodate us. Maggie is just wonderful! From little chats we've shared, though a bit out-of-reach she has made herself very present by her timely response to emails, and when she couldn’t get here herself, she sent Janelle. Maggie is very kind and understanding and was very accommodating to our specific needs, that too in a very timely manner. Im convinced that not many people are like her! We rented the entire villa for our four-night stay. We were simply seeking a simple place to stay, one that accommodated our budget, but staying here was the best decision we made and more than we had bargained for. Everyone was more than pleased. The amenities were on point, well maintained, beautifully furnished home, clean and spacious bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and living rooms, fully equipped kitchens (thank God, because we are huge fans of FOOD and we were able to pack light.) Each floor had its separate washer/dryer facilities, which was great cause we able to avoid huge piles of wet clothes after returning from the beach, and having to take these heavy wet clothes back home with us. The conveniences were on point. The decking, patio, and pool, great for 'night limes' hanging out together. My favorite was the jacuzzi and how lucky we were; this home has two! The kids enjoyed this the most! There was sufficient parking available as well. And OMG, though it's a garden view, it was like no other. Acres and acres of beautifully up-kept golf course and huge shady trees. Taking a stroll in the evening, about a minute's walk away, we stumbled onto mini pier into the ocean, this was a great surprise and bonus for us. The only downside to this villa is the 10 minute drive in and out of Tobago Plantations, but the view is spectacular! and 3 minutes away from Magdalena Hotel. All in all, one of the best vacations I've been on, this home was a bonus. I am extremely pleased and most definitely will be back as I plan to make this home my home-away-from-away every time I visit beautiful Tobago!! Thank you Maggie! Your home is my holiday!
