This place is fantastic we had a great time! The villa has everything you can possibly hope for in a Tobago vacation. There is a huge veranda with chairs (made by local craftsmen), a hammock all overlooking the pool, golf course and large trees. Birds of all sorts will keep you company on the veranda when you are not at the swimming pool or beach. Our particular favourites were the colourful Mot Mots with their long tails.
You cannot ask for accommodations of higher quality. Beds are great, bathrooms bright and comfortable. This villa has a great layout for a vacation- kitchen, dining and tv area open up to the veranda with two double doors. We enjoyed great meals, Charmaine is a great cook and barbequing on the veranda was fitting for fish we acquired.
Beaches are close- 10 minute walk or a short car ride. Mt. Irvin is close to some of the best areas in Tobago. We should have stayed a few more days, as we did not have enough time to spend a day up in Speyside and snorkel on Little Tobago. Overall a great stay, Tobago remains a jewel and the Petit Careme Villa was outstanding.

We had a great stay at Petit Careme Apartment, the perfect getaway for a couple, a Clean, well laid out and Beautiful appartment.
The Kitchen is roomy with all the necessary utensils, lots of countertop space,a well sized refridgerator, full sized electric stove, microwave oven and single sink. We were able to prepare all our meals as we would back home and enjoyed cooking together here. The countertop lighting is great!
The living/TV area was comfortable, complete with a day bed and even a LCD flat panel TV, with a DVD/CD player.
Large Bedroom which can sleep 3 comfortably, One King sized Bed and Single bed, with quiet air condition.
The grounds near the apartment is beautiful with many trees, birds and flowers.
The large pool on the compound is always kept clean and never crowded.
We will back again!

We stayed at Petit Careme Villa for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The setting of the Villas are just perfect with well kept grounds and good security of a gated community. We were met by Charmaine the housekeeper who gave us a omprehensive guide to the villa including instructions for use of the plunge pool.
The villa was beautifully furnished with lovely accents and pictures and very comfortable beds and pillows. We preferred the setting, near to the little river with the bamboo on the banks which made for such a peaceful, relaxing setting. The early morning bird watching, with the binoculars that were provided, is something you should not miss.
The presence of the gardener made us feel very safe on the Greens. We were grateful for being facilitated with a late departure of 1.30pm. Petit Careme feels like a wonderful "Home" away from Home with all the conveniences and comforts.
We shall certainly tell all our friends and we shall return in 2010 !!!
