The Sealevel Guesthouse is a basic 'back-packer' guest house in Castara.
This property changed ownership in 2011. We hope that this will lead to a new beginning for Sealevel. Local management remains unchanged, so it could be premature to remove old reports and offer this property the fresh start it hopefully deserves. However, we wish them well and suggest to readers that perhaps they should ignore reports about this property dating prior to 2011.

Trinidad & Tobago is a independent twin-island Republic. In contrast to Trinidad, Tobago is like paradies; unspoilt rainforest, secluded beaches, relaxed and helpful people. 'Beware: Addictive' This should be the slogan for Tobago, an idyll that is characterised by island charme and natural beauty. Tourists will find a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere to recover and escape for a while from the 'concrete jungle' back home. The Sealevel Guesthouse is located in Castara, a ideal place for nature-lovers, peace-seekers and families with little children. Castara is located at the north-east coast, close to the worlds first nature-preserve. For traveller who need more 'actions' like clubs, bars, shops etc. I can highly recommend Store Bay or Pigeon Point, down by the airport in the south of Tobago. The distance from Castara to Scarborough, the capital, is about 25 min. by car; to the airport about 40 minutes. WELCOME TO PARADISE!
All eight apartments have terrace, bathroom and kitchenet. Some of them have seaview. Because of the location close to the rainforest, the Sealevel Guesthouse is a good option for naturelovers and peaceseeking indiv. travellers. We organize individuel boattours to secl. beaches, reefs and deep-sea-fishing and also tours to the rainforest. The guesthouse have a nice fruitgarden and plenty space to relax in privacy. We offer roomservice and laundry on request.
