We found these apartments after an almost disappointing search of at least 11 other hotels/apartments and were pleasantly surprised.
Administration - The manageress was excellent. Booking was easy. She was pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. She was considerate about a change in arrival time and also volunteered to get us some supplies for the first night as we got in late at night. There was also security after 6pm.
Grounds - Exterior landscaping and driveways could use some improvement. The grounds were overgrown had the feel of a small forest if you like the untouched look you may appreciate it.
Building - The building itself is well maintained and the apartment was very clean. The apartment was very user friendly with all the utensils, clean linen, appliances (washer/dryer incl.) needed on our family vacation. The airconditioning was also appreciated.
Pool - We especially enjoyed the pool and pool deck which were clean and of reasonable size.
General area - The property is located in a quiet residential area close to several nice restaurants.`

We enjoyed staying at Sullivan's when we visited Tobago with my five year old daughter, my sister and her husband. making the booking with Sullivan's was quite easy. When we got there the reception was quite warm. The apartment was very clean and spacious and contained every amenity that we needed. It's very quiet and relaxing place to stay.
We saw a security the first night when we arrived but never again for the three days we were there.
The surroundings were well kept and relaxing if you love nature. We loved the pool but the one drawback is that it's situated at the back of the property and the fence is a bit see through and there's a road at the back so persons using that road can see into the property. There's no security during the day time.

We stayed at Sullivan's Court for a few days after having a bad experience at another location.
I must say that this place is a well kept secret, it is off the beaten path, quiet and spacious. The price is reasonable and there is a pool, with only 8 apartments, it is never really crowded.
The beach is a short drive away and you have everything you need for self-catering. If you like mangoes, come during the mango season and enjoy as much as you like.
This is a definite keeper.
On the down side:
* the grounds are not well manicured - if you like naturally occurring landscape then you are all set
* the rotting mangoes can be a bit smelly (out on the driveway)

Like a few other reviews I was a little hesitant about this place.
I thought the customer service over the phone could have been friendlier seeing that they are after all in the hospitality industry, and that the landscape could use some work.
However, when we got to the actual room, we were wonderfully surprised! It was spacious, clean, well kept and the appliances were brand new! Not to mention there was a complimentary breakfast that came in handy after a long boat ride.
We never felt unsafe, although in the 4 days that we stayed there, we only saw the guard once.
The pool was nice enough. Its apperance could be improved by just investing in simple plants, umbrellas and lights.
However all in all, it was a good experience!..They are extremely affordable..and great value for money..we would stay there again!

I have stayed at Sullivan's Court several times. i have always been very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the apartments.
The appliances and furnishes are brand new, and the pool is quite nice, although it is a bit small.
Kamini and her team have been nothing but friendly.
i would recommend Sullivan's to anyone visiting for a few days.
