We were very happy with the accommodations here. Very clean and well maintained; it worked great for us. The A/C is only in one bedroom and doesn't cool the other room in that unit. Would be nice if all the units had A/C. Also the dogs and Roosters kept some up -- take earplugs if that will bother you. Otherwise the location was fine, if you don't mind the short walk to the bay.
The proprietor Mr "Bang" was very helpful and exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to help us out.
Note on staying in Charlotteville: there is only one ATM and it was not working our entire stay of 5 days. We had to make a trip to Scarborough, since the one in Roxborough was also not working! Take as much cash as you think you'll need when going outside of Scarborough/ Crown Point!
