Villa Bellefleur - Reader Reports & Opinion

I stayed at Villa Bellefleur for four days. There are two self-contained apartments on the bottom floor and the owner, Diane, lives on the top floor. Diane is very warm and welcoming and literally just a stone's throw away if you need any assistance.
Villa Bellefleur is located in a safe neighbourhood in Bon Accord. We would go walking early in the morning and everyone we encountered was friendly and polite. The apartment itself is spacious, breezy and well-furnished. There is a beautiful garden where you can sit outside to relax or read. In fact, we were able to get pictures of several species of birds right outside Diane's property. The variety of birds is probably due to many folks in the area having well-kept gardens and the presence of a mangrove on the outskirts of the neighbourhood.
Beaches, restaurants and, even the airport, are within walking distance. The apartment is also equipped with every imaginable kitchen appliance. That certainly helped to make our stay very comfortable, particularly for those of us trying to sneak in some healthy food while on vacation :)
Villa Bellefleur was truly a home away from home and we will definitely return! P.S. Diane, thank you for those freshly-baked, homemade cheese rolls! They were delicious!

Travelling with 3 small children, we found Villa Bellefleur to be very good. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedrooms and large dining / leisure area.
House and garden is very well kept, and with fence all around the property you can easily let your children play on their own.
Diane and her nephew are very helpful and easy going; they made us feel very much at home.
Property close to beautiful beach at pigeon point and a good selection of different food establishments.
We highly recommend Villa Bellefleur and would love to stay there again!

I had the opportunity of staying at Diane's place, Villa Bellefleur, and it was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is completely self contained, and very well equipped. The facilities are impeccable, and it is very very comfortable, great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful and well tended garden. You can see that Diane has put a great effort in making Villa Bellefleur a top accommodation choice in the Crown Point area.
The Villa is also within walking distance from shops, restaurants, bus stops, about 8 min walk to Store Bay, and about 25 min walk to Pigeon Point (you can take a taxi to get there in 5 min if you prefer).
I did not do much serious cooking, but if you are traveling with your family, it is perfect to do so, the kitchen has absolutely everything!! I would like to add, that the Villa is located in the Bon Accord development, and it is an enclosed community, which increases a lot the feeling of safety. There are very pretty surrounding villas, and it's nice to take a walk around.
I highly recommend Villa Bellefleur, and would love to stay there again when I go back to Tobago. I also want to thank Diane and her nephew Raymond for their hospitality, their willingness to help and show me around useful places. Thanks and looking forward meeting you again!

Great location with extremely comfortable surroundings. It was very easy to get to the airport, the beaches and restaurants. This was a real home away from home. The decor was tastefully done and the kitchen had everything you would need for home-style cooking. You could relax in the garden, full of tropical flowers and plants. My husband and I and our two children had a great stay.

My husband and I were staying at one of the apartments of Villa Bellefleur for 3 weeks in February/March 2012.
The Villa has to floors - the two rental apartments on the ground floo, above lives the landlady's nephew or the landlady herself when she comes over from Trinidad.
The two apartments are quite big. You have a lot of space in the living room and kitchen, the bedroom(s) and the bathroom. Everything looks good and it has nice furniture (table with chairs plus sofas and TV in the living room, comfy beds and enough cupboards for all your clothes). The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, blender, coffee and tea maker...).
The villa has a very nice garden. On the small patio in front of the apartment are a garden table and chairs so you can sit and eat outside. As the entrances/patios of the apartments are on different sides of the villa, you won't notice other guests if you don't want to.
Also the villa has a BBQ pit you can use, aswell as washing machine + dryer.
Once a week a housekeeper is coming for cleaning the apartment and changing towels and linens.
If you are 2-4 people and don't need a swimming pool, these apartments are really perfect, I'd say. You have the same space, interior and comfort as in a rental villa, but the apartment is much cheaper.
Villa Bellefleur is located in the same area as all the rental villas in Bon Accord development. It's a quiet and nice-looking area, that is in walking distance to everything you need (beaches Pigeon Point and Store Bay, restaurants, small shops, airport, banks, main road, ...).
Diane (the landlady of Villa Bellefleur) is a very nice person that looks after her guests and the apartment very good. She quickly responds to e-mails and if you need anything she tries to do/fix it very quick.
We've been to Tobago eight times and have seen a lot there. Villa Bellefleur is really nice and we can recommend it to everyone who wants to go there!
