The definitive guide to Tobago's car and jeep hire services
This page lists all the self-drive car hire service that we have been able to identify. We may have missed some of the smallest operators and are grateful to readers who can offer information on such services, particularly regarding car hire facilities in the more remote regions of the island.
Most agencies deliver vehicles to the hirer's hotel or accommodation. Consequently, there is no real need to restrict your search to agencies close to your hotel. However, you may have to pay a charge for delivery and collection to more remote areas of the island.
Our personal favourite service is Sheppy's. Do'nt forget the excellent Yes Tourism rental brokerage service - arguably the safest way for a tourist to hire a vehicle on Tobago.
