By accessing the myTobago.info forum you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not access and/or use this site. Usage of this website means that you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the United Kingdom, Trinidad & Tobago or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification to your Internet Service Provider. The IP address of every post is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the administrator has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time, should he see fit. All information entered is stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, www.myTobago.info shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
Membership of the forum is strictly limited to one member per computer IP address and/or per user. Multiple registrations from the same computer, or suspected multiple registration by the same party, or registration using invalid email addresses, may result in the immediate banning of the IP address and/or email addresses concerned. We likewise reserve the right to withdrawn, close or suspend forum accounts at any time, without reason.
Important: By registering as a member of the forum, you accept that you may receive occasional mailings from the forum administrator. These mailings will NEVER be to sell goods or services and their ONLY purpose will be to draw your attention to important ecological or similar matters affecting tourism to Tobago. Between 2005 and 2008, we only made two such mailings and would sincerely hope that this frequency does not increase.
