Pleasant day. I have been a guest at Hotel Coconut Inn 3 times before my most recent visit. In all of my visit the hotel's pool was it's best feature as well as the hotel's grounds. However the rooms more specfically room#102-3 both air conditions was not working, the room was not properly cleaned. I would also like to state the pillows provided for sleeping was useless. On a lighter note I must commend the receptionist was extremely helpfully, kind and welcoming.

I will stay at coconut inn again due to it reasonable cost, however I would appreciate an upgrade in the rooms amenities.
