Shore Things: Nr Rockley Bay

Post by Paul J Corney »

Opened about 3 years ago for lunches / gifts, located near Rockley Bay on the Ocean. Vivid bright coloured façade (Lime and Terracotta) gives a clue to the friendly, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Food comprises home made snacks (Salads, Quiches, and Crepes) and light deserts / cakes served overlooking the Atlantic surrounded by Birds. Lunch (inclusive of coffee) will cost around £7 per head.

Highly recommended for a pleasant lunch / more traditional gift.

Shore Things Lambeau

Tried Shore Things for the first time in February and very much enjoed it. Nice crepes and pizza. Would recommend the coconut cream pie and the fresh guava juice. Staff were very friendly and it was a nice extra being able to look around the craft shop on the way out.
It is an ideal way of escaping from Inn on the Bay at lunchtime as it is only approx 10 mins walk.

Agree with the above. Had a lovely snacky lunch there. Juices wonderful, but as Steve go unsweetened. Pleasant food. Very friendly and helpful service.

Lovely setting, interesting gifts, very relaxed atmosphere. Nice just sitting there enjoying the sound of the sea and watching the little birds.

Great for a break after the rigours of a morning shopping in Scarborough.

Reccommend

James
