Being as I,ve had no replies I guess I should say Hot on 'D' Spot is a food truck [Mazda pickup] that was on the Milford Road in a vacant lot. I'm hopeing it's still around. Rick

Hi Rick

Sorry, it's not one that I have come across. Let's hope that somebody else knows the food truck and can advise.

I hope they are still around as I am coming in Dec. for my third visit. They had doubles , aloo pies [ my favorite] & saheena. Always was a line [ lots of police so you know you got your money's worth].Crossing my fingers - Rick

Hot on D Spot still operates from their van on the old Milford Road by the sea (near to Standards) in Scarborough. They are there from Wednesdays to Sundays, from 7AM, but can be sold out sometimes by 11AM. They do their cooking on site at the van, so their doubles, pies, saheena etc are always hot and fresh. If anyone wants to go try them out and want to be sure that they are there, the numbers I have for them (albeit a couple of years old) are 474-6324 and 498-7939.
