If you get the chance in Tobago please make an effort to check out both these restaurants. I had the pleasure of eating at both last year and have been meaning to write for a while now. We hope to return again in May and I will make a determined effort to visit them again. Gabriele at La Tartaruga made our visit one of the best dining experiences we have had. His enthusiasm for food and love of wine is infectious and his amazing hospitality made us want to return again soon.
Indigo is also worth checking out because you will be taken care of by Erica & Fiacra. The food and atmosphere is wonderful and the Black pudding appetizer is worth the trip alone........If you are lucky you will meet Zando there (a notable local) who will take you horseriding the following day and gave us a great tour of the beach and plantation (ask Erica for details).
We loved our trip to Tobago and this website helped us with every aspect of our trip....Keep up the good work !! Annette
