Fish Pot

Post by Simon Partridge »

We can never resist. Our first night following our first swim we have to visit Fish Pot. Fortunately we rang to book a table and so glad we did, have never seen the place so busy or for that matter any other restaurant on Tobago.
All tables in side and out we're full and turned over several times during the evening.
Staff and food as always terrific. The chef has such a wonderfully light touch with all fish, is never over cooked.
Although we were exhausted the evening sets the tone for our Tobago vacation beautifully! Will be back for recuperation after carnival.

Party of 5 of us ate at the fish pot last Saturday evening and I have to say standards are still very high, the food was superb and the vat charge clearly shown on the menu board.....excellent all round. :D
