Just returned from two wonderful weeks in paradise. Tried some new restaurants, and re-visited some favorites. Here's what we found.

Ruby-Lous: A re-visit. Superb food. Had the dolphin and my partner had the pot roast. Both excellent. Huge portions. Good wine. Great service. A bit expensive, but not over-priced. Definitely recommend.

Red Crab: First time. And what a find! Great, fresh Chinese food. Excellent springs rolls, pork lo mein, seafood fried rice, veggie chow mein and Catonese shrimp. Great service, nice atmosphere. Inexpensive. Definitely recommend.

Cafe Iguna: First time. Now one of my favorites. Excellent grilled dolphin, lemon and butter shrimp and coconut chicken to die for! Great service, good music, very cold beers. Inexpensive to moderate. Definitely recommend.

Bonkers: Re-visit. Had lunch. Good burgers and fries, stewed chicken and pelau. Great service, nice atmosphere. Inexpensive for lunch. Have had dinner here and it was also good, though more expensive. Definitiely recommend.

Steak & Lobster Grill: Just average. Average food, average service. On the expensive side. With so many good alternatives, why bother. Don't recommend.

La Tartaruga: Revisit. They've gone a la carte, which now makes this a moderately priced place. Superb food, wine and service. You've got to have the antipasto. Definitely recommend.

Sandy Point Beach Club Cafe: Had some great lunches here. Bar-b-que chicken, fish, pelau. Great view and inexpensive. Definitely recommend.

Shark and Bake Shack at Pigeon Point: OK, there may be some who don't support the beach...but we have a friend who works there so a visit was essential. If you do venture there, you absolutely have to have the shark 'n bake from the shack at the far end of the beach. To die for!
