When browsing I came across this, seems that we can continue the experience "the real deal" long after we return home, or will it be like the classic "pastis" senario,the appero not tasting the same here?

Except for the crab and dumpling this all looks like fancy restaurant food, not local food. But you will be an expert in no time.

Ms. Alma sells her crab and dumplin' at the Store Bay kiosks. Delicious! Lots more to choose from there too.
