Restaurant at Pigeon Point

Post by Donna Baylis »

When visiting Pigeon Point we usually have a homemade bake from the ladies part way down the beach but whilst there this year we decided to also try the restaurant that has now opened where I believe the sailing club used to be. From memory there also used to be J & J ice cream parlour in front of this.
The food here was good, similar to many places a choice of chicken fish or pork with side orders of macaroni pie etc. The surroundings fantastic with shutters propped open and a lovely breeze and view but honestly we felt it was overpriced. I guess you pay for the location but on all other occasions we chose a shark or flying fish bake from the bar along the beach.
