Surf 'N Turf moves from Pigeon Point Road

Post by Steve Wooler »

I have been informed that the Surf 'N Turf Restaurant has moved over this past few days and can now be found in a more central location at the Bamboo Walk Hotel in Hampden Road, Lowlands.

Surf ‘N Turf opened very successfully last summer and all visitor reports have shown that it is becoming a popular choice with visitors. I am told that the basic cuisine will remain the same and the restaurant continues under the same management and with the same excellent chef. However, the move has allowed prices to be lowered, which will be a welcome bonus to British travellers, given the current state of the pound. The restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch, as well as dinner.

For those unfamiliar with the location: Coming from the Crown Point/Shirvan Road area, take the first turning right AFTER the main entrance to the Tobago Plantations VHL/Hilton hotel complex. This turn is just a few hundred metres before the major traffic lights outside the entrance to the new Guld City Mall in lowlands. Hampden Road runs down the northern end of the Tobago Plantations Golf Course. The Bamboo Walk Hotel is 700m down the road, on the left; just 150m before the ‘rear’ exit to the Tobago Plantations estate.
