Eating out near to Black Rock

Post by Avril Peters »

Arriving for the first time in Tobago on thursday next week. Staying at Birdies Nest in Black Rock. Any suggestions where we can eat on our first night? Don't fancy going too far.

Hello Avril

Why not ask Prince if he can arrange to have a meal cooked for you. I know he has a relative who does excellent home cooking. It will be all prepared and ready for you and just need heating up. Great when your flight is delayed.

There is nowhere within easy walking distance - particularly not at night. If you have a rental, I would suggest the Mot Mot Restaurant. From Prince's go up to the main road and turn right heading back towards the airport. At the end of the Mt.Irvine golf course, turn left at the main 'Buccoo Junction' crossroads. The Mot Mot is half a mile up there on the left.

Have a great trip.
