Golden Star & restaurant

I was looking around and found that Golden Star is still on the list, but when I was inTobago from July 2nd to mid August, I could see that both Golden Star and the restaurant were closed. As far I know, according to local peoples, it seems that Golden Star is permanently closed! Anyone with any different info?

Thanks Ronald - I confess that is news to me.

Can anyone local please confirm so that I can mark the place as closed if it is. This applies to any other restaurants - if a restaurant/cafe is included in our Restaurant listings when people notice/know that it is closed, please always notify me as it would indicate that I haven't heard of the closure. As you will appreciate, owners who close restaurants never/seldom take the trouble to notify people.

Roland, Steve,

Golden Star, Nightclub and Restaurant, are closed. The property has been sold to local investors.
I do not know particulars and can only guess, but it seems we will see a major construction zone
there sometime in the future.
