We will stay 2 weeks in Charlotteville in December/January - and would be very happy for any suggestion of restaurants open on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (in the evening)? We can of course also travel to other places on the island these two evenings :-) Lene, Atle & Jonas (9)

One thing I know for sure is Sharon at the Boathouse is preparing an English turkey dinner - in Castara - and it sure sounded good from her description!

I didn't know Turkey's live in Tobago.

Is there anywhere in the world that these poor birds can escape to at this tragic time of year?

Hello Paul,

yes there is. Many animals want to live on Orange Hill Nature Ranch in Tobago.
We don`t slaughter our animals. We only kill when an animal is suffering.

Hi Andy,

I sell my Goat feta cheese to Penny Savers Canaan and Morshead only. But the cheese is scarce right now.
My goats produce not much milk at the moment.

My costumers since more then ten years are Kariwak, Fish Pot, Salsa Kitchen and La Cantina.
So they get the cheese first before I bring it to the supermarkets.
If you can`t find the cheese in the two supermarkets try to get it from me but call me before and find out
if I have some.
Phone # is on my web page or in the book.

Thanks for your interest..
Josie

Dear Lene,
We have rented one of the Man O´War Bay Cottages 28/12 - 4/1 so we will be in Charlotteville for New Year´s. I am sure we will run into each other and maybe toast 2012!
We were on Tobago in February - we met Phil and Judi - and felt like coming back. Curtis is a good man to know if you want to do some trips on and off the island. Don´t miss Pirate´s Bay for snorkling - one of the best - and just around the corner (well, maybe a little longer but still walking distance) from where you´re staying!

Greetings

Hei Annette & Lennart, we are leaving today - hurray!!! Just packing the last things now. Will arrive Charlotteville tomorrow after a night in London, and will stay at Cholson's (house to the right, 2nd floor). See you most probably at the end of December then! My head is already in snorkling mode in Pirate's Bay :) Best regards, Lene, Atle & Jonas (9)
