Their press release says…
“Introducing Tobago’s newest concept in Italian dining - The Pasta Gallery. Superbly located on the way to Pigeon Point, the venue features a unique fusion of restaurant and art gallery. Start with a refreshing salad or crispy bruschetta then savour ‘sugo’ simmered to perfection over a hearty serving of pasta. While enjoying the ‘trattoria’ experience, don’t forget to take in the local art that surrounds you. Come and relax in The Pasta Gallery’s cool yet cozy atmosphere and relish the simple art of good food.“
The Pasta Gallery is owned and run by Swiss-Italian Fab Ceppi and his charming Trinidadian artist wife Claire. If Fab’s name is familiar, that is because he also operates Tobago Now Tourism Services which, amongst other services, offer those brilliant off-road safaris of Tobago.
We wish Fab and Claire all the very best with the new venture. Having known them for more than 10 years, I have total confidence that there restaurant will offer the very highest standards of cuisine and service – features sadly lacking in the otherwise dire offerings of many eateries in Crown Point.

The Pasta Gallery is open from 11am-2:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and also from 6:30pm-10pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
