We used KCNN in March 2010, and received excellent service. Kenrick was very courteous, and the jeep we hired for our stay got us around the island admirably. Thanks - we will definitely be using KCNN again

We rented a 7 seater that was dangerous to drive!! We told him a few hours after we got the car. His respons was that he disagreed. He said that the car was perfectly OK when he delivered it to us. Well with only one in the car it was OK but with 6 persons it was an really unsafe car. Beware if you rent a Nissan Serena 7 seater from them.

We need to know ... just saying it was unsafe doesn't say much and it's important to give reasoning so that KCNN can work on improving their service.

Well.... The shock absorbers on the left hand side was most likely broken.Just turning to the left it made a loud sound. Driving over 50 kmt 2 hands on the steering weel was almost to little. It was shaking like h...And it was understeerd so it felt like you were surfing when over 50 kmt turning slightly to the left or to the right! 2 of the tires needed allot of air.To find a place with a working Compressor is not easy hehehehe. And to top it all it felt at times like it had a bad Cold.

We only dared using the car from the villa in Bon accord to Mt irvine and pigenpoint beach.

We told him all of this when we delivered the car so we hope that others dont get the same problem.

Hopefully KCNN will check that out ... judging by the otherwise excellent feedback I would be surprised if they did not sort it out.
