I was pleased with the service i received from staff but i think that management should review the check-in times to accomodate the either early or late arrivals of guests. I think the times stipulated are not convenient. i had to pay an extra fee because i arrived in Tobago at 6:20 and when we got to the hotel there was noone available to receive us we had to go to scarborough and return about an hour or more later. However the accomodation was great but as every other business they should ask their guests' opinion of the check-in times.
