Hello
What's the best way to access the net from Coco Reef? I won't be taking my lap top, but hope to check in with work and home regularly via email.
Thanks,
Rachel

Hi Rachel
I believe the Coco Reef has an Internet kiosk or a machine they make available for guests to send/receive email, but I have no idea of the costs. However, the Coco Reef is right next door to the Clothes Wash Cafe, where you can check your mail and have a cup of indifferent coffee while you also wash your smalls. Just turn left outside the Coco Reef and walk up to the RBTT (bank) compound just one minute away. You can't miss it - it is immediately left of the bank itself.
Please let us know what Internet facilities the Coco Reef have when you return. That will be helpful for future enquiries.

Internet Laundrette
We popped into the laundrette next door to Coco Reef because Alan can't go without his football result/tables fix for very long but we did end up next to someone who was viewing a hard porn site which wasn't too pleasant to have to view - but you know how your eyes are drawn when you don't want to look! The guy seemed completely oblivious to everyone around him. It was TT$11 per half hour. They do have about 4 machines, though one was out of use, but it does get a bit warm in there with the dryers on full pelt and the machines were a bit slow - Coco Reef definitely has a business type room where you could use the web, but we didn't enquire about cost - the hotel we stopped in during our week in Trinidad for the cricket before we came over to Togago was TT$25 per 15 minutes in their business room so I don't know whether Coco Reef would be similar.
My very best wishes for your trip

We found a nice internet cafe in Store Bay near to the food concessions. It was about 10$TT per hour, the computers were in little bays to ensure privacy and there was a large fan to cool the customers. The computers were in better condition than those at the launderette and there was a very helpful guy on hand to help with any problems.

Thanks Wanda and Deb!
I think it'll be a daily visit to Store Bay for me, then!
Thanks for your good wishes.

Thanks Joe! It's lovely to think that people are thinking about us. I just can't wait to get there now, after all these amazing things that people have got arranged for us.
Two weeks today, we'll be there!

PS We're not brave. Most of the time I am an emotional wreck Besides, brave people chose to do something heroic, and I didn't choose this predicament! But I know what you mean, and thank you.
