The Flamboyant Suite is a luxurious 3-bedroom condominium in the lovely Black Rock Dreams complex at the northern end of gorgeous Grafton beach. Offering some of the best beach-side holiday accommodation that Tobago has to offer, we enjoyed a wonderful 7-nights there recently.
