We started our 2019 trip to Tobago with a week at Castara Villas (more often known as 'Toad Hall'), on the hillside behind Little Bay. Although we had inspected the property during our last visit in 2018, so knew what to expect, the experience managed to exceed our expectations and we look forward to a return.
