New arrivals?

We were in Tobago last September and tried about a dozen different restaurants, including Mot-Mot (our favourite), Shore Things, Ru-B Lou's, Bonkers, Lynnette's place at Ocean Point, La Belle Creole, Pelican Reef, and a few others. Generally we prefer local and Creole cuisine, than international. Can anyone suggest any restaurants that opened since September 2004? Or anything else we've missed - and shouldn't?
